Fierce Links Terms of Service

1. Trial Accounts, Access Restrictions & Fair Use Policy

Trial Period & Expiration

Fierce Links offers a limited-time trial period (currently 3 to 5 days, depending on the selected plan) to allow users to evaluate the platform. Upon expiration of the trial period:

  • User bio pages, QR codes, analytics, and advanced features will be automatically deactivated.
  • Dashboard access may be limited or redirected to the subscription page.
  • All user-generated content is held securely for up to 2 business days following trial expiration. If no upgrade is initiated, the account and all associated data may be permanently removed.

Duplicate Trial Abuse & Account Misuse

To ensure platform fairness and prevent system abuse:

  • Users may not create multiple accounts to exploit the trial period.
  • Accounts showing suspicious activity—including duplicate emails, use of VPNs or proxies, IP inconsistencies, or geolocation masking—are subject to immediate restriction, suspension, or permanent ban.
  • Fierce Links reserves the right to take necessary action without prior notice if account misuse is detected.

2. Data Removal & Retention

  • Expired trial accounts that do not upgrade within the 2-business-day grace window may be deleted without further notice.
  • Data deleted following inactivity is unrecoverable.
  • Active subscribers maintain access to all features, storage, and analytics as defined by their plan.

3. Platform Integrity

Fierce Links is designed for professionals, entrepreneurs, and creators committed to growth. To protect platform performance and ensure fair access:

  • We reserve the right to restrict, suspend, or delete any account found in violation of our policies.
  • We do not guarantee continued access for free or expired users.
  • All usage is subject to review, and access may be revoked to preserve system integrity.

4. Acceptable Use Rules

4.1 General Rules:

a. Take measures to prevent unauthorized access and use of the Services.
b. Keep login credentials confidential.
c. Monitor and control all activity conducted through your Fierce Links account.
d. Promptly notify Fierce Links of any security breaches.
e. Comply with the applicable terms of the Social Networks you connect through Fierce Links.
f. If you upload children's content to YouTube websites, applications, services, or products using Fierce Links, declare it for children on YouTube's desktop site.

4.2 Restrictions:

a. Make the Services available only to your Authorized Users.
b. Do not enable multiple individuals to use a single log-in to the Services, or exceed the limits set by your Services plan.
c. Do not sell, trade, or transfer any Services to another party.
d. Upload or share only the Customer Content that you own or have the right to share.
e. Do not store or transmit any Content, including Customer Content, that may infringe on intellectual property, violate privacy or publicity rights, or infringe on any other rights.
f. Do not use the Services to send spam or unsolicited messages.
g. Do not upload or transmit any Content that contains or redirects to harmful components.
h. Do not attempt to reverse engineer, disable, disrupt, or modify the features or performance of the Services or Social Networks.
i. Do not attempt unauthorized access, circumvention, or disruption of the Services, Social Networks, or related systems or networks.
j. Do not access the Services to build a similar or competitive product or service, or copy ideas, features, or graphics.
k. Do not engage in abusive practices that degrade the performance of the Services for yourself or other users.
l. Do not use the Services for redistribution, syndication, or fraudulent activities.
m. Do not use or disclose Content (or information derived from Content) for surveillance, analysis, profiling, or monitoring sensitive events, in violation of privacy laws or regulations.
n. Do not access or use Content from Twitter if you represent a government-related entity engaged in surveillance or intelligence activities.
o. Do not allow or encourage any third party to engage in any of the restricted activities above.

4.3 Trial Abuse & Platform Misuse

To maintain platform integrity and ensure fair access for all users, Fierce Links strictly prohibits:

  • Creating multiple accounts to bypass trial limits
  • Using VPNs, proxies, or location masking to exploit regional access or features
  • Sharing accounts or allowing unauthorized users to access your dashboard
  • Attempting to manipulate or extend free usage beyond the designated trial window

Trial accounts are limited to 3 to 5 days depending on the selected tier. After expiration:

  • Bio pages and QR codes will be deactivated
  • User content will be held for 2 business days before permanent removal
  • Continued access requires an active, paid subscription

Violations of these terms may result in account suspension, IP blocking, and permanent bans without prior notice.

Fierce Links is built to serve serious professionals. Abuse of our systems, trials, or tools will not be tolerated.

4.4 Using and Transferring Mentions:

When obtaining Mentions from Social Networks or other Third-Party Services through Fierce Links:

  • You control the use and processing of personal data associated with those Mentions.
  • Ensure compliance with privacy laws and the terms and conditions imposed by the Social Networks or Third-Party Services.

4.5 Additional Rules for Contests or Submitted Content:

  • Do not request participants to submit sensitive personal information or violate applicable laws, rules, or regulations.
  • Do not refer to Fierce Links or use its name, trademarks, or trade names in connection with submitted content requests.

4.6 Conflict:

If any conflict arises between these Acceptable Use Rules and the Terms, the Terms will govern.

5. Enterprise Terms

5.1 Scope and Use

Fierce Links Enterprise Services include advanced link management, analytics, and branding features provided by Fierce Technologies for business clients. These services are for professional use only. Customers may designate Authorized Users and are responsible for their compliance.

5.2 Fees and Billing

Enterprise Service fees are outlined in custom pricing agreements. Customers agree to pay all fees associated with their selected plan in a timely manner.

5.3 Intellectual Property

Fierce Technologies retains all intellectual property rights associated with Enterprise Services. Customers receive only a limited right to use the services during the subscription term.

5.4 Data Privacy

Use of Enterprise Services is governed by the Fierce Links Privacy Policy. By using the services, customers consent to the data handling practices described therein.

5.5 Termination

This agreement remains in effect until the end of the subscription term unless terminated earlier by either party with written notice. Upon termination, all access and use must cease.

5.6 Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fierce Technologies is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from Enterprise Service use.

5.7 Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Fierce Technologies is headquartered. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of those courts.

5.8 Entire Agreement

These Enterprise terms represent the full understanding between the parties and override any prior agreements or representations.

6. Privacy Policy

6.1 Information Collection

We collect personal information directly from you during registration or use of Fierce Links, including your name, email address, and other voluntarily provided data. We may also collect non-personal data such as IP address, browser type, and device identifiers via cookies and log files.

6.2 Use of Personal Information

We use personal data to:

  • Provide, personalize, and improve Fierce Links services
  • Communicate updates or respond to inquiries
  • Analyze user behavior for service improvement
  • Prevent fraud and enforce Terms of Service

6.3 Sharing of Information

We do not sell or trade your personal data. We may share it with trusted third-party service providers who perform services on our behalf and are contractually bound to maintain its confidentiality.

6.4 Data Security

We implement industry-standard measures to protect your data, including encryption, system updates, and access control. However, no system is 100% secure; users should take precautions like strong passwords.

6.5 Third-Party Links

Fierce Links may contain links to external websites. We are not responsible for their privacy practices or content. Users should review those sites' policies separately.

6.6 Children's Privacy

Fierce Links is not for users under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If discovered, we will delete such data. Please notify us if you believe a minor's data has been collected.

6.7 User Data Deletion

To delete your data:

  • Log in to your account
  • Click your profile avatar > Profile
  • Scroll to the bottom and click "Delete Account"
    All personal data will be removed from our servers.

6.8 Policy Updates

We may update this Privacy Policy as laws or practices change. Material changes will be communicated through our site or by direct notification.

7. Phishing & Spam Policy

Fierce Links maintains a zero-tolerance policy for phishing, spam, or deceptive practices. Users may not:

  • Use Fierce Links to distribute unsolicited emails, messages, or promotional campaigns.
  • Impersonate another individual or organization to gain unauthorized access or mislead recipients.
  • Create links or pages with deceptive or fraudulent content designed to harvest credentials or exploit trust.

Accounts engaged in phishing, spam, or related violations will be permanently banned and reported to the appropriate authorities when applicable.

8. Cookie Policy

Fierce Links uses cookies and similar tracking technologies to enhance your browsing experience. Cookies help us:

  • Remember your preferences and settings
  • Understand user behavior and improve services
  • Authenticate users and prevent fraud

By using Fierce Links, you consent to our use of cookies. Users may disable cookies through their browser settings, but some features may not function properly.

9. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Fierce Links does not offer refunds for active subscriptions. All purchases are final, and users are responsible for reviewing pricing and plan details before completing a transaction.

You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future billing. Cancellations will apply at the end of your current billing cycle. To cancel:

  • Log in to your account
  • Navigate to your billing settings
  • Select "Cancel Subscription"

In exceptional circumstances (e.g., billing errors or failure of service), refunds may be issued at our discretion. For refund inquiries, please contact us at help@fiercelinks.com.
