Cancellation & Refund Policy – Fierce Links

Fierce Links is committed to transparency and fairness. This Cancellation & Refund Policy outlines the terms under which users may cancel subscriptions and how we handle billing and refunds.
1. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your Fierce Links subscription at any time by:
Logging into your account
Navigating to the Billing or Subscription section
Selecting Cancel Plan or End Subscription
Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. You will retain access to paid features until that time.
2. No Refunds
All payments to Fierce Links are non-refundable, including:
Subscription fees (monthly, yearly, or otherwise)
Partial periods of service
Unused time due to early cancellation or inactivity
We do not offer prorated refunds for any unused services.
3. Trial Period
New users may be eligible for a free trial (3–5 days depending on the plan). If no upgrade occurs by the end of the trial, access will be restricted, and data may be deleted after 2 business days.
We do not convert trial accounts into paid accounts without explicit user authorization.

In rare cases of billing errors (e.g., double charges or fraudulent activity), you may request a review by contacting:
